✦ ALL 3 TERMINALS COVERED
Which Terminal at JED? Your Pickup Depends on Your Airline
Jeddah Airport has three active terminals. They are not connected by walking. Knowing your terminal before you land means your driver is at the right gate.
Terminal 1 — New Jeddah Airport
Saudia, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, EgyptAir, Etihad, Oman Air, Kuwait Airways, Gulf Air
Only terminal with direct Haramain Railway connection. Driver meets you at private transfer exit, ground floor outer kerb.
North Terminal — South Asian Flights
PIA, Air Arabia, IndiGo, Air India, Biman Bangladesh, SpiceJet and budget carriers
No Haramain train connection. Highest concentration of unofficial touts. Our driver waits at the official pickup point — you have his number before landing.
Hajj Terminal — Seasonal
Operates during Dhul Hijjah for government-coordinated Hajj packages
If you need private transfer from the Hajj Terminal, we cover it. Confirm your terminal when booking and we handle the rest.
✦ 6 VEHICLES AVAILABLE
Every Vehicle We Operate
Every vehicle is 2023 or newer, air-conditioned, commercially registered. In Makkah’s 43–48°C summer heat the air conditioning is not optional.
Toyota Camry
SAR 200–230 · 1–3 passengers
Clean, quiet sedan. Boot space for two standard suitcases. The right choice for solo travellers and couples. Not suitable for 4+ passengers or heavy luggage.
Toyota Innova / Crysta
SAR 250–280 · 1–5 passengers
Seats five with 3–4 suitcases. Bridges the gap between sedan and full van. Right for a small family where a sedan is too small but a full van is more than needed.
Toyota HiAce (10-seater)
SAR 300–380 · 1–10 passengers
Ten passengers, 8–10 large suitcases, tall cabin ideal for Ihram. Luggage sits in a rear section. Most-booked for Pakistani and Bangladeshi extended families and Indonesian groups.
Hyundai Staria
SAR 300–360 · 1–9 passengers
Nine passengers, 6–8 suitcases, modern interior, wide doors for elderly boarding. Popular with UK diaspora families booking for parents and Malaysian/Indonesian groups.
GMC Yukon XL
SAR 450–550 · 1–6 passengers
Leather seats, full climate control, smooth ride. The vehicle you book when your father is 75 years old and has been waiting his entire life to see the Kaaba. Our most experienced drivers handle Yukon bookings.
Toyota Coaster
SAR 700–950 · 10–22 passengers
For travel agents and group leaders. Multi-vehicle coordination available. Everyone arrives together at the same hotel — no splitting the group across separate taxis.
✦ MIQAT STOP AVAILABLE
Does Your Taxi Stop at the Miqat for Ihram?
Yes. Tell us when you book and we route the journey to include a stop at Masjid Juranah — the Miqat point on the Jeddah–Makkah route, approximately 16km from Masjid al-Haram.
You get enough time for ghusl, changing into Ihram, making your niyyah, and beginning the Talbiyah before crossing the Haram boundary. This adds 20–30 minutes and SAR 30 to the fare.
We do not give religious rulings — please confirm the correct Miqat position with your scholar. What we provide is a driver who knows exactly where Masjid Juranah is and will wait with patience.
✦ RAMADAN 2027
Travelling During Ramadan 2027 — Book Early
Ramadan 2027 begins approximately 2 February 2027. Vehicle availability tightens significantly in the last ten nights. Pilgrims who haven’t pre-booked find themselves paying SAR 400+ Uber surge for a route that costs SAR 200 on a fixed booking.
- ● Journey times add 30–60 minutes on Ramadan evenings
- ● Our prices do not change — no Ramadan surcharge
- ● Book the moment your flights are confirmed
✦ SPECIAL CARE
We Understand What This Journey Means
For Families with Elderly Pilgrims
46% of Umrah pilgrims experience foot problems from the physical demands of the pilgrimage. Every bit of energy your parents have needs to go to Tawaf and Sa’i — not to navigating an unfamiliar airport.
When you book for elderly passengers, the driver knows before arrival. He parks closest to the exit, takes every bag without being asked, and gives passengers all the time they need to settle.
Best vehicles: Toyota HiAce (tall cabin entry), GMC Yukon XL (premium comfort), Hyundai Staria (wide door entry).
For Female Pilgrims Travelling to Makkah
Women now make up 47.7% of all Hajj and Umrah pilgrims following Saudi Arabia’s relaxation of the mahram requirement. Thousands of women travel for Umrah alone, with friends, or with their children every week.
Every driver conducts every journey with complete professional conduct — no unnecessary conversation, no personal questions, direct route to your hotel. You have your driver’s name, vehicle registration, and our office number before you land.
Recommended: Hyundai Staria or HiAce for female groups. Toyota Camry for solo female pilgrims with a confirmed named driver.

✦ REAL PILGRIM REVIEWS
What Pilgrims Say — Pakistan, UK, Indonesia, Nigeria & Beyond
★★★★★
“I had heard so many horror stories about airport touts in Jeddah. The driver was already there when we came through arrivals — board with my name, calm, no rushing. My in-laws are in their 70s. He loaded every bag, helped them into the Staria. My father-in-law made Tawaf that morning.”
Adnan R.
Birmingham, UK · North Terminal, October 2025
★★★★★
“We were 9 from Indonesia — one group booking. Two vehicles, coordinated arrival, everyone at the same hotel together. No confusion, no waiting. We started Ziyarat the same afternoon. I will recommend this service to our entire jamaah back home.”
Pak Farid H.
Jakarta, Indonesia · Terminal 1, January 2026
★★★★★
“Travelling as a woman alone for the first time, I had read warnings about airport touts. The driver was professional, respectful, completely focused on the drive. I arrived at my hotel in Al-Misfalah at 4am and walked to the Haram for Fajr.”
Amina T.
Toronto, Canada · North Terminal, November 2025
★★★★★
“We booked the HiAce for eight people including two elderly parents. Both boarded without difficulty — no bending, no rushing. The driver loaded everything himself. My parents began this Umrah exactly as it should begin.”
Tariq N.
Manchester, UK · Terminal 1, February 2026
★★★★★
“I asked about a Miqat stop at Masjid Juranah. The driver knew exactly where it was, waited patiently for 25 minutes, helped an uncle with his Ihram. I have never experienced this level of understanding from a transport service.”
Dr. Khalid M.
Toronto, Canada · Terminal 1, March 2026

Which Terminal at Jeddah Airport Do I Arrive At?
Jeddah Airport has three terminals. Terminal 1 handles Emirates, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, Saudia, and Etihad. North Terminal handles PIA, IndiGo, Air India, Biman Bangladesh, and budget carriers. Hajj Terminal operates during Hajj season only. Check your boarding pass — it states your terminal. Tell us when you book.
Is It Safe to Take a Taxi from Jeddah Airport to Makkah?
A pre-booked licensed private taxi is the safest option. The risk is unofficial drivers who approach pilgrims inside the arrivals hall — no licence, no insurance, no accountability. With us you receive your driver’s name, mobile number, and vehicle registration before you land. You know exactly who you are looking for.
Can I Book a Taxi from Jeddah Airport to Makkah Before I Leave My Home Country?
Yes — and this is strongly recommended. WhatsApp us your flight number, terminal, passenger count, and hotel name from anywhere in the world. We confirm your driver, fixed price, and pickup details immediately. You have everything in writing before you board your flight.
Does the Taxi Stop at Miqat for Ihram on the Way to Makkah?
Yes. Tell us when you book and we include a stop at Masjid Juranah — the Miqat point on the Jeddah–Makkah route. You get enough time to make ghusl, change into Ihram, make your niyyah, and begin the Talbiyah before crossing the Haram boundary. Adds 20–30 minutes and SAR 30 to the fare.
What Is the Difference Between HiAce and Staria for Umrah?
The HiAce seats 10 and carries 8–10 large suitcases — maximum capacity, taller cabin, better for large groups and heavy luggage. The Staria seats 9 and carries 6–8 suitcases — more refined interior, wider doors, better for elderly passengers. Both SAR 300–380. Choose HiAce for luggage volume. Choose Staria for passenger comfort.
Is Uber Available from Jeddah Airport to Makkah?
Yes, Uber and Careem operate from Jeddah Airport. However, both apply surge pricing — during Ramadan nights and peak hours the fare can reach SAR 400+ for a route that costs SAR 200 on a fixed booking. There is also no guaranteed vehicle size, no flight tracking, no name board at arrivals, and no Miqat stop option.
What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed?
Your driver tracks your flight in real time using your flight number. If your flight is delayed by one hour, two hours, or more — he adjusts automatically. You do not pay extra for waiting caused by flight delays. You will also receive a WhatsApp update if your delay extends beyond two hours.
Can I Book a Return Taxi from Makkah to Jeddah Airport?
Yes. The return from Makkah to Jeddah Airport is SAR 200–380 depending on vehicle — same fixed prices as the arrival transfer. Book your return at the same time as your arrival to guarantee availability. During Ramadan and Hajj season, last-minute returns are not always possible.

Can You Drop Me at My Hotel Near Masjid al-Haram?
Yes — and your hotel’s exact drop-off point matters. Streets around the Abraj al-Bait, Ajyad, and Ibrahim al-Khalil area have vehicle access restrictions during prayer times. Do You Offer Makkah Ziyarat Tours?
Yes. A full-day Makkah Ziyarat tour covers Jabal al-Nour (Cave of Hira — visit before 7am), Jabal Thawr, Masjid Aisha/Taneem, Jannat al-Mu’alla, Masjid Jinn, Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifa, and the Kiswah Factory. Do You Offer Madinah Ziyarat Tours?
Yes. A full-day Madinah Ziyarat tour covers Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatain, Mount Uhud and Shuhada-e-Uhud, Saba Masajid, Jannat al-Baqi, Bir Rumah, Garden of Salman Farsi RA, Masjid Gamama, and the Quran Factory on Tabu Road (open after Asr). SAR 350–450 per vehicle, full day, private.
Is There a Shared Taxi Option from Jeddah Airport to Makkah?
We do not offer shared rides. Every booking is a private, dedicated vehicle for your group only. Shared taxis exist at JED but mean waiting for the car to fill, multiple stops, and unpredictable luggage space. For pilgrims arriving after long flights at night with family and heavy luggage, the price difference is rarely worth the trade-off.
Are Prices Higher During Ramadan 2027?
Our prices do not change during Ramadan 2027. No surcharge. The fare you see is the fare you pay. What does change is vehicle availability — it tightens significantly in the last ten nights of Ramadan. Book the moment your flights are confirmed. Do not wait until the week before you travel.
Can You Help with Wheelchair Passengers at Jeddah Airport?
Yes. Tell us when you book. Our GMC Yukon, Hyundai Staria, and Toyota HiAce all have the interior height and space for wheelchair passengers. We coordinate with Jeddah Airport ground services for arrivals wheelchair assistance and park as close to the accessible exit as permitted.
How Do I Book a Taxi from Jeddah Airport to Makkah?
WhatsApp us your flight number, arrival date, terminal, passenger count, luggage count, and hotel name. We reply with your driver’s name, vehicle, and fixed price — usually within minutes.
