Every group rate below is fixed and confirmed on WhatsApp with your coordinator before you travel. If your jamaah is larger than one Coaster can seat, we arrange multiple Coasters at the same per-vehicle rate.

The Real Cost Per Person
A jamaah of 20 travelling together in one Coaster (SAR 2,200) works out to just SAR 110 per person for the entire arrival-to-departure journey. Split among a full group, this is often cheaper per person than any individual vehicle tier.

Each Coaster seats 10 to 22 passengers. If your jamaah is larger, we coordinate multiple Coasters at the same per-vehicle group rate, arriving and departing together so your group stays together at every step.

Group Package vs. Multiple Careem or Uber Rides
Ride-hailing apps do not offer 10 to 22 seat buses. For a full jamaah, the alternative is splitting into 4 or 5 separate cars, which is both more expensive overall and much harder for one coordinator to manage.

Can one person book on behalf of the whole group?
Yes, this is exactly how the package works. Your coordinator confirms the booking and group rate on WhatsApp, and the whole jamaah travels together.
What if our group is larger than 22 people?
We arrange multiple Coasters at the same per-vehicle group rate, timed to arrive and depart together so your jamaah stays together.
How do we split the cost among group members?
That is managed by your coordinator. We invoice the group rate as one fixed amount, and many coordinators divide it evenly by headcount before travel.
What happens if some members’ flights are delayed?
Let us know as early as possible so we can adjust pickup timing. Each trip is tracked separately, with no extra charge for reasonable delays.
Is the group rate per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The group rate covers the whole Coaster, regardless of exactly how many passengers you have up to its capacity.
