What if I want to visit both Makkah and Madinah?
Our Complete Umrah Transfer Package covers airport pickup, a Makkah–Madinah intercity trip, and departure drop-off as one booking.
Do I have to book both trips at the same time?
We recommend it so your departure driver is confirmed in advance, but you can also confirm the arrival trip first and add the departure trip closer to your date.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Each trip is tracked separately, with no extra charge. We adjust your driver’s timing to match your actual flight arrival.
Why is there an extra charge for Hajj Terminal pickup?
The Hajj Terminal is separate from the regular terminal and involves a longer curbside distance, so an additional SAR 90 handling and distance charge applies to arrival pickup only. This charge does not apply to departure drop-off.
